I always run searches for my research at Google Scholar. And I always get hits to academic articles. Today I noticed there is a new feature at the search engine website. There is an option to search only ‘legal opinions and journals’. I don’t know how long has the option been there, I just realised it today (pity me…) but anyway… I tested the terms ‘courtroom technology’, ‘ict and court’ and few other terms, and wow! selected articles from journals popped as the result, more academic, more selected, more relevant to my research…

Go ahead and give it a try… Way to go, Google Scholar!

This is a must-see website for anyone involved in research on court technology and ICT applications in courtrooms. I browse through the net and find this page on annual Conference on Court Technology organised by NCSC, the latest conference was held from 22 to 24 September 2009 in Denver. The proceedings are downloadable for free from the official website, courtesy of NCSC.
